The second episode of Conversations with ICC Australia featured Independent Arbitrator Erika Williams and Clifford Chance Senior Associate Jemima Roe on non-participating respondents in international arbitration proceedings. Tips for tribunals and counsel when a respondent does not appear or stops participating were discussed.
